Winter Sundays – Gong & Soup

When the days grow shorter and the evenings turn cold, we need warmth, inside and out.

Once a month, I invite you to a Sunday midday ritual at Shala Mallorca in Sencelles: arrive with a cup of hot tea, sink into a gong sound journey, and then share a homemade soup together.

Each Sunday has its own theme:

Sundays 12:00–14:30€45 · Early bird €39 (until one week before) · Bring someone new: 2 for €70

Mats, cushions and a hot water bottle will be ready for you. Just bring a blanket and warm socks. Places are limited.
